Saturday's edition delivers five carry-forwards: four from the 15 October window (Elevatry, Holo, Solvera, Matters) and one from the 16 October window (Goodweek), all held until multiple independent sources confirmed. No new announcements surfaced on Saturday itself, consistent with the typical weekend publishing rhythm.

No single geography connects these rounds — France, Norway, Lithuania, Sweden, Germany. No single stage: the five span Seed and Pre-Seed, €3M to €10.69M. What does connect them is a structural bet each company shares: they are not building AI software for professionals to use. They are the professional. Solvera is an engineering firm. Holo is your marketing team. Goodweek is your AI governance operation. Elevatry is your procurement desk. Matters is your bank. In each case, the AI-native delivery of the service is the product, not the tool layer on top of an existing workflow.

Goodweek (Paris, €10.69M seed, Adara Ventures lead) is the largest. Founded a year ago by twice-exited founders Guillaume Nominé (Atolia, sold to JustCall 2022) and Nicolas Stehle (Scalefast, sold 2022), Goodweek sits one level above the AI tools themselves: it manages employee access to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Mistral inside a single governed interface. The "shadow AI" problem it addresses — employees using personal accounts with company data, ungoverned costs, no compliance visibility — is real and growing with every new model release. Adara Ventures' managing partner explicitly names Stehle as a backed-twice founder; True Ventures, FJ Labs, and Bpifrance complete a cross-Atlantic roster. At 150 customers and 50 employees in year one, across five countries, the first commercial test is passed; the 18-month question is whether the productivity-suite incumbents build this layer themselves before Goodweek reaches institutional scale.

Solvera (Oslo, €5.62M pre-seed, Seedcamp lead) is the most structurally unusual. Founded in July 2026 by Arif Mirza, Pål Rasmussen, and Thorvald Thorsnes, the company bills itself as an AI-native engineering firm delivering MEP design — not an AI tool for engineers. In three months it reached approximately $1M in contracted revenue, with work delivered for Norwegian contractor Betonmast. Seedcamp's lead follows its backing of Embedd (€2.3M pre-seed, physical AI/semiconductors) earlier this year — a second construction-adjacent bet from the same fund. Two angels from Spacemaker (sold to Autodesk for $240M in 2020) participate; their presence says this is a specific thesis, not a general AI-in-construction bet.

Holo (Vilnius, €5M seed, Market One Capital lead) carries the most striking early traction: 20,000+ paying businesses in 100+ countries, $5M ARR reached in 252 days. The product reads a company's website and generates a complete marketing stack — plans, creatives, social posts, email, SEO. Market One Capital now has two ProYarn appearances in the archive: the fund also led Kazimi's €2.2M pre-seed (mobile bot verification) earlier in 2026, which confirms the pattern is founder-quality conviction rather than sector specificity. The traction is real; the category defensibility question persists.

Matters (Stockholm, $5M / approx. €4.5M pre-seed) has not launched yet, but its founding team earns it a place in any careful reading of European fintech. Per Österström (Sambla Group founder) and Lars-Åke Norling (former Nordnet CEO) are building an AI-native personal bank on a flat monthly fee that returns card and currency transaction revenue to customers as cashback — the structural inverse of how Revolut and Monzo monetise. Angels include ex-Klarna COO Knut Frängsmyr and Voi co-founder Douglas Stark. The licence application is the bottleneck; the pre-seed is the starting gun.

Elevatry (Munich, €3M pre-seed, Bayern Kapital and H&Z) targets strategic procurement — supplier analysis, RFP management, category strategy — the analytical and documentation work that sits between ERP systems and management consultants. Founded by Heiko Schwarz (co-founder of riskmethods, acquired by Sphera), with H&Z, a management consultancy, as a co-investor. The consultancy-investing-in-its-own-disruption dynamic is either a distribution channel or an acknowledgement. Platform launched 28 September 2026; the round came seventeen days later.

One round is held: Unravel Health (London, £2.5M / approx. €2.96M, Oct 16) — a palm-sized home hormone-testing device targeting PCOS, perimenopause, and other hormone-linked conditions. A single source confirms the round; it will carry to a future edition if a second source surfaces.

Next edition: Sunday 18 October 2026.
