Goodweek raises €10.69M seed to become the AI management layer for SMBs
A Paris-based B2B AI management platform that gives SMBs a single interface to govern employee access to leading AI models — Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Mistral — while keeping company data isolated and never used for third-party model training.
“We want everyone to have a good week at work, powered by AI that's more accessible, more secure, and genuinely useful day to day. Because AI should be an ally for every employee — not a risk for the company.”
Goodweek (Paris) has raised €10.69M — approximately $12M — in a seed round. Adara Ventures leads, joined by Anamcara Capital, Benhamou Global Ventures (BGV), BY Venture Partners, CentraleSupélec Venture, FJ Labs, Interlace Ventures, True Ventures, and Bpifrance. The company was founded in late 2025 by Guillaume Nominé — previously founder of Atolia, a collaboration platform sold to JustCall in 2022 — and Nicolas Stehle, whose previous company Scalefast was also acquired in 2022.
Goodweek calls itself a "one-stop AI management platform" for SMBs. The product unifies access to leading AI models — Anthropic Claude, OpenAI ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and Mistral — under a single business interface, letting company administrators see who is using which model, at what cost, and for what purpose, while guaranteeing that company data is never used to train third-party models.
The shadow AI problem, productised
The starting point is a familiar compliance headache: as AI tools have become cheap and accessible, employees in SMBs increasingly use personal accounts — sometimes free tiers — with company data, operating outside IT visibility and security governance. Goodweek's pitch is to give the business a single managed layer that removes the personal-account dependency without removing the tools employees are already productive with.
The governance angle differentiates it from pure AI aggregators. Goodweek is not simply a multi-model interface; it is an identity and access management layer for AI tools, reporting on usage, enforcing access controls, and ensuring data isolation across the supported models. The target buyer is a founder, COO, or IT manager at an SMB who wants the productivity benefits of AI adoption without the compliance exposure.
The round and the founders' second acts
Adara Ventures' backing of Nicolas Stehle marks its second investment in a Stehle-founded company, following the fund's involvement at Scalefast. Managing partner Nico Goulet framed it as a reunion: "We backed Nicolas at Scalefast and have seen first-hand how he executes. Backing a founder a second time is one of the clearest signals of conviction an investor can give, and it is not one we give lightly."
The full investor roster combines Bay Area funds (True Ventures, FJ Labs, Interlace Ventures) with European actors (Bpifrance, BGV, BY Venture Partners, CentraleSupélec Venture) in a configuration that reads as deliberate: a French company that intends to scale into North America without waiting to prove it in Europe first. The company is already present in France, Spain, the UK, Benelux, and North America.
In its first year, Goodweek has reached approximately 150 customers and 50 employees across three countries — traction the company reports without specifying revenue metrics at this stage. The €10.69M will be used to scale sales operations and open Latin American and Asian markets.
