Tuesday catches up with five rounds announced on Sunday 28 September and not covered in yesterday's brief, which carried rounds from earlier in the week. The five are from five different countries — Italy, Portugal, France, Sweden, Estonia — and span a wide range in size, from Complaion's €13.5M Seed to bilt.me's €615k Pre-Seed.

Two of the five sit in the same broader category — AI tooling for enterprise workflows — though from different angles. Humanos is building risk infrastructure for AI agents: continuous monitoring and live risk scores for autonomous agents operating in enterprise environments, aimed at the insurance underwriting and governance buyer. It is a bet on a problem that does not quite exist at scale yet but is accelerating fast: enterprises are deploying AI agents that take consequential multi-step actions, and the liability question is structurally unresolved. Klang AI is in a more established lane — AI-assisted B2B sales intelligence, automating the prospect research that precedes outbound sales — but in a crowded field where the moat is either proprietary data depth or deep CRM integration.

Complaion is the largest round by a significant margin, and the most defensible position: AI-powered compliance documentation for life sciences, medical devices, and manufacturing. The switching cost in regulatory documentation is structural — compliance records are auditable history, not easily migrated — and the legacy tooling is weak. Whether a €13.5M Seed is priced for a company that has already found its wedge or for one still searching for it is the question the round's size raises without answering.

Revalue (Grenoble) sits in a different register: industrial circular economy software backed by Asterion Ventures and Kima Ventures, with Fnac Darty already processing over 1,000 products per month through the platform. The pitch is operational, not ideological — helping manufacturers extract margin from post-sale goods through automated repair, reuse, and remarketing decisions rather than landfill or clearance sales. EU regulatory pressure on right-to-repair and circularity is a tailwind, but the business case is margin recovery.

bilt.me is the furthest from the enterprise AI narrative: a mobile project management platform for home renovation, going after the gap between YouTube tutorials and professional construction management software. The market is large and structurally underserved; the question is whether a consumer-grade product in renovation can find a monetisation path without becoming a marketplace, and whether a Tallinn team can build to pan-European scale from a Pre-Seed base.

Complaion — Milan, €13.5M Seed

Complaion raised €13.5 million in a Seed round. The company builds an AI platform that automates regulatory documentation and compliance workflows for life sciences, medical devices, and manufacturing companies — mapping documentation against regulatory frameworks (EU MDR, ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 11), identifying gaps, and assisting in generating structured dossiers. The large Seed size signals either early traction or a capital-intensive technical roadmap; the defensibility argument is the high switching cost in compliance records and the weakness of legacy tooling. Investors were not disclosed.

Humanos — Lisbon, $3.2M Seed

Humanos raised $3.2 million in a Seed (approximately €2.9M), led by Pedro Andrade (CEO). The company builds continuous monitoring and live risk scoring for autonomous AI agents operating in enterprise environments — a data product designed to make AI agent insurance underwriting actuarially tractable and enterprise governance of AI agents legible to risk teams. The window for establishing this infrastructure category is now, before cloud providers bundle equivalent monitoring into their platforms. Investors were not disclosed.

Revalue — Grenoble, €2.2M

Revalue raised €2.2 million led by Asterion Ventures and Kima Ventures, with Hoji Ventures participating. Founded in 2025 inside the HOJI startup studio by Charles Souillard, the company builds a decision-support platform that automates the recovery routing for post-sale industrial goods — determining whether to repair, reuse as components, or remarket through multi-channel platforms to maximise margin per item. Fnac Darty is processing 1,000+ products per month across 25+ logistics platforms via the system; Hermetic Mecaflux is a second reference in industrial equipment. Capital funds team growth and expansion into new verticals.

Klang AI — Stockholm, SEK 15M Seed

Klang AI raised SEK 15 million in a Seed (approximately €1.32M). The company automates B2B prospect research and sales intelligence — pulling public data and business signals into structured research briefs that sales representatives use to personalise outreach, replacing the manual stack of LinkedIn, Crunchbase, and news aggregators. The segment is crowded; defensibility requires either proprietary data depth or deep CRM integration. Investors were not disclosed.

bilt.me — Tallinn, €615k Pre-Seed

bilt.me raised €615,000 in a Pre-Seed. The company builds a mobile platform for DIY home renovation project management — step-by-step project guides tied to specific renovation types, materials and cost tracking, and light contractor coordination tools. The market is large and structurally underserved by both generic apps and professional construction management software; monetisation (marketplace cut, subscription) requires scale first. Investors were not disclosed.
