Revalue raises €2.2M to help industrial manufacturers extract value from post-sale goods

Decision-support platform that helps industrial manufacturers, MRO operators, and logistics companies maximise the value recovered from post-sale goods — spare parts, end-of-life products, surplus inventory — through repair, reuse, and multi-channel remarketing.

“For a long time, manufacturers have optimised the production of new products. Today, the real value-creation potential sits after the sale.”
Charles Souillard — CEO and founder, Revalue

Revalue (Grenoble) has raised €2.2 million led by Asterion Ventures and Kima Ventures, with Hoji Ventures also participating. Founded in 2025 by Charles Souillard inside the HOJI startup studio, the company builds a decision-support platform that helps industrial manufacturers, MRO operators, and logistics companies determine the optimal recovery path for post-sale goods — spare parts, returned products, end-of-life inventory — across repair, reuse, and multi-channel remarketing.

The post-sale value problem

Industrial manufacturers and logistics operators accumulate large inventories of goods that are no longer new but retain significant value if handled correctly. A returned product might be worth 80% of its new price after a minor repair, 40% broken into components for the MRO market, or 10% as bulk clearance stock. The decision of which path generates the most margin — and which logistics platform or reseller channel to route it through — has historically required expert knowledge, manual sorting, and time that most industrial operations teams do not have.

Revalue's platform automates this decision logic. The system evaluates incoming goods against market pricing data, repair cost estimates, and channel performance data, and produces routing recommendations that operations teams can act on at scale. The platform connects to logistics platforms and remarketing channels so that execution follows directly from the decision, rather than requiring a separate operational step.

Fnac Darty is processing over 1,000 products per month across more than 25 logistics platforms via Revalue. Hermetic Mecaflux, an industrial equipment supplier, is a second reference client in a different vertical — a signal that the platform generalises across sectors.

The circular economy context

EU regulatory momentum around the right to repair, the Ecodesign Regulation, and the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive creates compliance pressure that independently pushes industrial companies toward structured recovery programs. Revalue benefits from this tailwind, but Alexandre Sauvage, partner at Asterion Ventures, framed the investment in operational rather than regulatory terms: "For European manufacturers, repair and reuse is no longer a question of image: it is margin and components that don't need to be imported."

The capital funds team growth, commercial acceleration, and platform extension into new industrial verticals.
