Fluencify raises $4.3M pre-Seed to run creator marketing campaigns end-to-end with AI
A Stockholm-based AI platform that runs creator marketing campaigns end-to-end — from brand-creator matching and automated outreach to content briefing, post scheduling, paid boosting, and cross-border payouts in 85+ countries — on a recurring ambassador model rather than one-off campaigns.
“From my experience on both sides of the table, as an influencer and running an agency, I found the creative elements of the work were the smallest part. Most of the hours went to finding the right creators, chasing replies, writing briefs, developing content, and paying people across borders. This is work that only scales by hiring. We wanted to build a system so a brand can describe the outcome it wants and get the campaign run end to end, without all the legwork.”
Fluencify (Stockholm) has raised an oversubscribed $4.3 million (€3.7 million) pre-Seed round led by byFounders, with participation from Wave Ventures. Magnus Hambleton, Partner at byFounders, joins the board. The round closed six months after Fluencify launched its platform, by which point it had already crossed €1.7 million ($2 million) ARR — a pace that made the round oversubscribed before it closed.
Founded in 2025 by Erik Romdhane (CEO), Isaac Norin, and Sam Stones Hälleberg, the company runs creator marketing campaigns from start to finish using AI agents, replacing the agency model with an automated layer that handles discovery, briefing, scheduling, paid boosting, and cross-border creator payouts across 85+ countries. The platform currently has more than 13,000 active creators and works with brands carrying a combined market capitalisation of €25.8 billion.
The agency overhead problem
Creator marketing, as it currently operates through agencies and in-house teams, is operationally heavy. A brand that wants to run a campaign must identify creators whose audience overlaps with its target demographic, reach out and negotiate terms, brief creators on content requirements, coordinate posting schedules, boost content through paid channels, and manage payments to individuals across multiple tax jurisdictions. Each of those steps requires human time — the creative work that brands actually want is a fraction of the overall effort.
Erik Romdhane speaks from direct experience, having co-founded and sold an influencer agency at age 17 before building Fluencify: "I found the creative elements of the work were the smallest part. Most of the hours went to finding the right creators, chasing replies, writing briefs, developing content, and paying people across borders. This is work that only scales by hiring."
Fluencify's AI agents handle the non-creative majority. A brand defines the outcome it wants; the platform manages creator discovery and matching via automated outreach and reply handling, briefs creators on content requirements, fields their questions, schedules posts and paid boosting, and processes payments. Sam Stones Hälleberg, who amassed over one million Instagram followers before co-founding Fluencify, provides an unusual depth of supply-side insight: the platform's creator experience reflects someone who has been on the receiving end of agency briefs.
Ambassador model over campaigns
The structural difference Fluencify emphasises is not the automation — other platforms automate parts of the creator marketing stack — but the ambassador model: brands and creators working together on a recurring basis rather than one-off paid posts. The company argues that continuous brand relationships produce more authentic content and more predictable creator earnings, while giving brands a rolling content pipeline rather than campaign-by-campaign spikes.
With the pre-Seed capital, Fluencify is hiring engineers in Stockholm, opening a New York office, and building a US sales team. Magnus Hambleton of byFounders cited the founders' execution speed as central to the investment: "Erik, Sam and Isaac have a deep understanding of how social media works and have combined that with outlier levels of hustle to create a solution that actually works. The biggest brands in the world need to use Fluencify to keep up their extraordinary speeds of growth."
The US market — where the same dynamics that produced €1.7M ARR in Europe operate at much larger scale, but where creator-marketing competition is also more established — will determine whether Fluencify's growth rate is a product-market fit signal or an early-adopter spike.
