Yesterday's edition closed out a six-round backlog from the 13–16 October window and did not reach the rounds that appeared in Monday's media. Two carry into today. No connecting theme — different industries, different geographies, different investor profiles.

Vessla (Stockholm, €2.94M ($3.3M) pre-seed, Seedcamp lead) is building an agentic operating system for property companies — not a new property management platform, but a layer that sits above existing ones (Yardi, Vitec, MRI) and automates the routine coordination work: maintenance requests, invoicing, supplier communications, leasing paperwork. The architecture is deliberately non-disruptive: Vessla connects to the tools a portfolio already uses rather than asking for a migration. Angels Fredrik Hjelm (Voi, Pit) and Lukas Saari (Tandem Health), alongside operators from Lovable and OpenAI, complete a round that was more than twice oversubscribed.

The continuity thread here is Seedcamp's October: the fund also led Solvera (Oslo, €5.62M pre-seed, ConTech/AI, published 17 October) — an AI-native engineering firm that delivers MEP design rather than selling tools to engineers. Two pre-seeds in one month, in adjacent moments of a building's lifecycle (design → operations), from the same fund. Seedcamp is making a built-environment bet with unusual consistency.

Huppa (Amsterdam, €1M pre-seed, no lead) is taking the opposite approach from Vessla: instead of layering on top of existing systems, it wants to replace them entirely. The target is gyms, CrossFit boxes, and class-based studios in the Netherlands and Belgium — operators who currently run bookings, payments, member management, and financial reporting across three or four separate tools. Huppa's pitch is one platform for all of it, with AI automation for the administrative layer. The round is backed entirely by Dutch tech founders (Sentia, Keylane, TicketSwap, Moneybird, Revue) and NL SportTech Ventures. At €1M, this is proof-of-concept capital. The 18-month test is whether Huppa can reach 150 studios in two countries with strong enough retention to merit a next round before the incumbent platforms build the same feature set.

No French rounds to report this cycle — no qualifying announcements appeared in French tech media between 17 and 20 October. The desk will pick up any qualifying French rounds as they publish.
