Vilnius's Guideless raises €1M pre-Seed to turn software workflows into AI-narrated training guides

Leading commercial teams and onboarding employees across multiple countries for over a decade, including at Vinted Go, I saw firsthand how much time and money gets wasted on inefficient workflow training. We designed Guideless to convert every workflow it captures into structured operational context, eventually forming an evolving memory layer that preserves institutional knowledge as teams, tools, and processes change.
Evaldas BieliūnasCEO and co-founder, Guideless

Guideless (Vilnius) has raised a €1 million pre-Seed round led by Superhero Capital, with participation from FIRSTPICK VC and three angel investors: Thomas Plantenga (Group CEO of Vinted), Vytautas Atkočaitis (CEO of Vinted Go), and Mantas Mikuckas (Vinted co-founder). The company was incorporated in June 2026 by Evaldas Bieliūnas (CEO) and Dovydas Remeika, and soft-launched in late 2025.

The product is a workflow documentation tool with an AI engine at its core. A user performs a software workflow — onboarding a new employee in an HR system, completing a billing step in an ERP, processing a return in an e-commerce back-end — while Guideless runs in the background. The platform captures each step, generates a narrated video guide with text instructions, highlights and zoom effects, captions in over 40 languages, and company branding, ready to share or embed. The guide is built at step level rather than as a single screen recording, which means updating it when the underlying software changes involves editing individual steps, not re-recording the entire sequence from scratch.

The Vinted validation

What makes the round legible is not the product description — documentation automation tools have existed in various forms for years — but the investor roster. Plantenga, Atkočaitis, and Mikuckas are not passive cheque-writers: Vinted is a paying customer of Guideless, and Plantenga is specific about the commercial value: "We used to spend weeks manually rebuilding guides after UI updates, and now those same updates happen quickly with minimal manual oversight."

A live paying customer at the top of a pre-Seed investor table, described in specific terms by the user rather than the founder, is a different quality of signal than an angel list padded with advisors. Audrius Milukas, Partner at Superhero Capital and lead investor, frames the bet in similar terms: "They're fixing problems companies don't yet realise they have."

From documentation to AI agent context

Bieliūnas positions the longer-term product ambition beyond documentation. Because every Guideless guide is captured at step level — each action associated with a specific business system, a specific workflow state, a specific output — the accumulated database of a company's operational procedures becomes structured context that AI agents can consume. An AI agent that needs to complete a workflow in a company's proprietary ERP can query Guideless's step-level database for an up-to-date source of truth about how that ERP is actually configured, rather than generalising from training data.

Whether enterprise AI deployments will need that kind of structured operational context layer in practice — rather than relying on general-purpose models with tool access — is an open question. But it is a more defensible angle than documentation-as-a-service alone, because the value compounds: the richer the workflow database, the more useful it becomes as an AI context layer, creating a switching cost that a screen-recording tool does not.

Guideless reports 3,000+ users across 15 markets, including paying customers at Vinted, Masan Consumer Holdings, Nevada Hospital Association, and hundreds of other companies. The round funds UK and European market expansion alongside continued product development. The company was incorporated in June 2026; this is its first external capital.
