Two separate strands published together because they arrived together.

Atomic One (Málaga, €5.6 million; Arcano Partners via the EIB/ERDF-backed Impacto Andalucía fund, plus undisclosed private investors) was founded in December 2021 by José Luis Bustamante and has a 13-person team. The company deploys 13 specialised AI agents to autonomously handle pricing, PPC advertising, inventory, logistics, and supply chain management for Amazon-native e-commerce brands — claiming to automate up to 80% of daily operational tasks. The round has a two-tranche structure anchored by public capital; no stage was stated; no customer metrics were disclosed. The 80% automation claim is the company's own.

Apolownia (Paris, €1 million, Seed; LITA (Lita.co) impact platform and Bpifrance co-investing, plus undisclosed business angels) was founded in 2024 by Théo Derache (CEO). The company develops coastal ecosystem restoration and blue carbon projects end-to-end — satellite remote sensing, AI-powered MRV, geospatial analysis, field operations — positioning itself as a single point of contact from field to carbon credit. The Seed funds the BlueRizon mangrove project in Indonesia (4,000+ hectares, Q3 2026 launch target) and broader platform development. Bpifrance's co-investment provides early institutional validation on a ticket funded primarily through retail impact crowdfunding.
