Miracly closes €1.8M pre-seed for its AI marketing platform built around generative engine optimisation
A Stockholm-based AI marketing platform combining generative engine optimisation, marketing analytics, and automated execution to improve business visibility inside AI-powered search and answer engines.
Miracly (Stockholm) has closed €1.8M in pre-seed funding — approximately $2M at current exchange rates — and simultaneously launched publicly. Beenext Ventures and Lotus lead the round. Angels include Stefan Lindeberg (founder of Creandum), Alex Bouaziz (co-founder and CEO of Deel), Thomas Ekman (founder of 6GAI), Hedda Baverud Olsson (co-founder and CEO of Lassie), and Parham Benisi (partner at Pophouse), alongside an unnamed Swedish family office.
Miracly is a product of The Wild Ventures, a Stockholm studio that also operates the Scandinavian home-decor brand Wild Palace. The studio model — where founders build and co-run commercial products rather than spin them off — is relatively uncommon in the Nordics and worth noting: investors in Miracly are effectively backing a product within an operator structure, not a standalone company.
What GEO is and why it matters now
Generative engine optimisation (GEO) refers to the practice of making a brand's content visible inside AI-generated answers — the kind that appear in ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google's AI Overviews — rather than in the ranked blue links that SEO has addressed for two decades. The structural shift is real: a meaningful and growing share of search queries now receive synthesised answers, and traditional SEO metrics (rankings, impressions, click-through rate) measure the link layer, not the synthesis layer.
Miracly addresses this by combining three capabilities: marketing analytics that monitors where and how a brand appears across AI answer engines; automated execution that adjusts content and signals to influence those appearances; and a unified interface that treats GEO alongside conventional search optimisation. The target customer is a marketing team that is already worried about declining organic traffic and wants instrumentation before its next renewal conversation with an SEO vendor.
The round and what it funds
The €1.8M will be used to develop the platform further and expand the team. No headcount target or revenue metric was disclosed at announcement. The round accompanies the product's public launch — meaning Miracly is going from zero to first commercial contracts in the same motion as the pre-seed close.
The lead investors bring complementary networks: Beenext Ventures operates across Asia and Europe with a portfolio weighted toward enterprise software; Lotus is a venture firm with Nordic roots. The angel syndicate — organised around people who have built or backed companies at scale — effectively functions as an early customer-introduction pipeline.
One oddity worth flagging: the round is described in both EUR (€1.8M, per Vestbee) and USD (~$2M, per sources citing the company's own press materials). The discrepancy is a rounding artefact at the current exchange rate, not a sign of a mixed-currency close. The EUR figure — €1.8M — is the number the company has used with European press.
