One round today from Helsinki: a bet on automating the manual work that has defined CRM for thirty years.
Zero (Helsinki) closes a $10.3 million (approximately €9 million) Seed led by Primary Venture Partners (New York), with Inception Fund, Defiant, and angel founders from Lovable, Supercell, PostHog, and Langdock. Founded in 2024 by Santtu Koivumäki and Tuomo Riekki — who previously scaled Smartly.io past $100 million in ARR — the company is building what it calls a zero-click CRM: a platform that ingests signals from email, calendar, and calls to maintain customer records without manual entry. The round brings total known funding to approximately $13 million, after a $2.7 million pre-seed in December 2024 from 20VC. The AI-native CRM category is competitive — Attio, Folk, and others are building toward the same structural shift — but the founding team's Smartly.io track record, converting a manual-workflow category to automated execution, is the clearest qualification in the room.
