No single fil rouge runs through Thursday's four rounds. There are two scales and two kinds of problem: at the top, two infrastructure plays in the €6–6.5 million range; lower down, two vertical AI tools at €1–1.2 million each. Four countries, no overlap — and France still dark, two days before Assumption closes the calendar.

Entravel Group (Copenhagen) raised €6.5 million / $7.5 million in a Seed co-led by Ethereal Ventures (Joseph Lubin, Ethereum co-founder) and Finality Capital, with GSR, Varrock, G1 Ventures, Seier Capital, Veris Ventures, Funfair Ventures, and WTG Ventures alongside. Founded in 2026 by Mathias Lundoe Nielsen, the company provides white-label travel infrastructure — hotel supply, AI-mapped inventory, an MCP interface for AI booking agents — to fintech apps and crypto platforms that want to launch travel products without building the underlying stack. The headline traction figure is a booking conversion rate above 10% against a travel-industry benchmark of 1–3%; the company already claims Brands for Employees (Switzerland's largest employee-benefits platform, UBS and Swisscom among its clients) as a live deployment. The Seed also funds a stablecoin settlement and working-capital layer for fintech-native settlement. The investor list is predominantly Web3-aligned: Entravel is a crypto-ecosystem spin-out expanding toward mainstream travel, and the 18-month test is whether the conversion rates hold outside that user base.

Cytix (Manchester) raised €6 million / $7 million in a Series A led by Northern Gritstone, with Auriga Cyber Ventures and NPIF II – PXN Equity Finance increasing existing commitments. Founded in 2020 by Ben Armstrong, the company reads the full context of software changes — the Jira ticket, the pull request description, the deployment configuration, the system component — and assigns a risk score at the point of change, not after deployment. The target audience is compliance teams in regulated industries where the pace of AI-assisted development has outrun traditional security review. Northern Gritstone's lead position is a continuity note: the fund backed Pixel-Flo (Sheffield's microLED spin-out) in a Seed earlier this year, making Cytix its second ProYarn-tracked northern English investment in 2026. Partners NCC Group and KPMG provide the managed-service route to market.

Qodia (Hamburg) raised €1.2 million from a single undisclosed investor from the medical industry, bringing total funding to €1.6 million. The company automates private medical billing for the German GOÄ fee schedule — invoice verification, clinical-note-to-code translation, and rules assistance — for billing centres. Eight of its eleven billing-centre clients joined in May and June 2026, a fast adoption signal in a conservative regulated market. Stage was not stated; one investor's identity was withheld at their request. Neither a lead nor a stage is asserted here.

STRGY AI (Helsinki) raised €1 million in angel funding from Maryne Lemvik and Innovestor's Angel CoFund. Founded in 2025, the company builds StrategyOS — an AI platform that maps daily operational signals against strategic priorities to give leadership teams continuous visibility into execution drift, rather than discovering it at the quarterly review. The round is an accelerator for a company that already has working software and eleven early clients; the market (strategy execution tooling) is occupied by incumbents including Workboard, Quantive, and Perdoo. AI-native architecture is the stated differentiation.

France. EU-Startups, Maddyness, and FrenchWeb have filed nothing for the France beat since 6 August. The Assumption holiday falls this Saturday. The French calendar has been structurally quiet for two weeks and will remain so through the weekend. Coverage resumes when qualifying rounds surface.
